Preceding Hellman & Associates, Jeff worked for Electrical Technologies as a senior project manager. During his time there, he kept teams on-task with proactive controls of budgets, schedules and scopes. He maintained close connections with project personnel to quickly identify and resolve issues. He also sustained a high level of service to clients extending relationships and encouraging more projects. Prior to Electrical Technologies, he worked for Martin Technical as a industrial safety consultant. He trained employees in proper safety procedures to minimize accidents by engaging proper behavior. Jeff assessed workplace compliance with key safety standards and regulations by initiating processes to correct deficiencies.
